A little bit about me:
I have 25 years of industry experience in talent acquisition, human capital, and recruiting.
I started in agency recruiting and grew into consulting. Have worked with tiny micro companies looking to scale to mid-sized companies, and giant multinational companies working to better their processes and improve their hiring and retention.
I have distilled that experience into a proven process of building raving fan employees through better people centric processes, while reducing costs and increasing revenue opportunities. I have taken best practices from each experience and built a simple, yet extremely impactful and effective system that works no matter the size or scale of the company.
