 A little bit about me:

I grew up in a small family owned construction company. I spent summers and many breaks working in the office and the field. After college I left construction and went into corporate staffing. But my heart never left the Construction Industry. Now I am here to serve the industry where my love of building things began. 

I have over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition, human capital, and recruiting.

I started in agency recruiting and grew into consulting. Have worked with tiny micro companies looking to scale to mid-sized companies, and giant multinational companies working to better their processes and improve their hiring and retention.

I have distilled that experience into a proven process of building happy employees through better people centric processes, while reducing costs and increasing revenue opportunities. I have taken best practices from each experience and built a simple, yet extremely impactful and effective system that works no matter the size or scale of the company.

I work tirelessly to help make this world a better place, by improving how we hire, retain, and transition our staff.
